Recension av Mister French – av Model R.
We were a party of 10 people for dinner. Our server was rude, incompetent and inattentive. Our starters and main courses arrived in the wrong order. Our drinks arrived after the food. My starter was incorrect. One of our party did not receive his main course. The server didn't put out plates for the shared grilled meat platter. There was no claw cracker or utensils when the crab was served. We had to wait 10 mins to get the servers attention to correct this, even though the restaurant was practically empty. The server never apologised or tried to make amends to the mistakes made. We asked to speak to the manager but he refused to do so and ignored us and asked to pay straightaway. We eventually spoke with the manager after talking to three other members of staff. The food was tasty and well flavoured BUT the service was terrible. Truly one of the worst dining experiences I have experienced. I would not recommend and will not be going back again.
