I am totally disappointed with the lack of professionalism and consideration from this music centre. If you’re looking for job vacancy's in music retail or teaching then I urge you to give this music shop a miss due to their poor service. I recently received a direct email from them, offering interviews for a drum tutor vacancy. I showed great interest and chose a time slot provided by them to only be completely stood up on the day of the interview. They confirmed the appointment and told me a zoom link would be sent prior to the booking. I took half a day off work to be in a suitable setting which was in my home music studio, not a single email or text message with a zoom link came through on the day. I called in twice within 2 hours of patiently waiting from the scheduled time for an update, only to be given the same answer which was “sorry the interviewer is unable to get hold of”. Apparently a cancellation email was sent to all interviewees which didn’t reach me, supposedly due to an error. This doesn’t seem to add up, as I did get all of their other emails and simply implies further incompetence of this business. Overall this has been a waste of time and a dissatisfying experience. Please Avoid.
