När allt vatten blandats ihop i degen addera då rapsoljan. Knåda sedan degen i 10 minuter. Lägg sedan tillbaka i bunken och plasta. Låt degen vila i ungefär 1 timme eller tills degen dubblats i storlek.

Under tiden blandar du ihop en fyllning med antigen fläsk, nöt eller annan färs. Smaksätt med finriven ingefära och vitlök, salladslök, soja, sesamolja, vitpeppar och salt.

När degen höst klart, knåda den i 1 minut och fördela i 12 små lika stora bollar. Kavla ut en boll i taget till en cirkel på ca 15 cm i diameter. Fyll med 1 msk fyllning och vik ihop.

Lägg degknytena i en stekpanna med lite olja i botten av pannan. Stek i några minuter tills du fått en krispig yta på undersidan. Häll sedan i vatten 2 dl vatten. På med lock! Och ånga i ca 8 minuter. Servera med lite soja till att doppa i.
