We have been loyal customers of Trotters Hairdressers, but our most recent experience at the Kensington branch was the worst. Our hairdresser, Eden arrogantly refused to cut our son's hair. In past, we have often had to wait beyond our scheduled time. At our last visit, we waited for 15 minutes, and the previous time, the professional didn’t even show up, and the company failed to inform us about the cancellation in advance.

Today, we arrived 8 minutes late and were met with unnecessary rudeness and arrogance from Eden, who refused to serve us. It’s incredible how their perspective on punctuality shifts when they are not the ones at fault. This inconsistency is unacceptable.
