This evening I will showcase swedish ingredients in all their splendor. At this time the markets of Stockholm are still abundant with beautiful autumnal produce and the surrounding landscape with wild, wonderful, medicinal ingredients. The various dishes I’ll serve tonight will reflect the changing season yet still feel incredibly decadent and invigorating. On your plate you’ll find a plant-based manifestation of my deep admiration for seasonal produce. This is an interactive evening, so please feel free to ask questions about your menu! You’ll leave the experience with a new perspective on local autumn cuisine. I look forward to meeting you ! "
BIO:
Anton is a professional vegan/vegetarian chef with over ten years’ experience working in acclaimed and michelin level restaurants in the UK. Dedicated to local, seasonal produce - and a committed year round forager - Anton is deeply passionate about sharing the delights of plant-based cuisine which, as he puts it: ‘nourishes our bodies, minds and spirits.’ Anton now runs his own gourmet plant-based event company, and teaches in cookery schools across Europe.
